"I was very disappointed with the service I was receiving with my current carrier, who is also major insurance company. I thought they thought they were too big to fail. I spoke with Blair at this agency who was polite and professional. She answered my question right away. I told here I had 21 years as a Claims Adjuster, so I knew the business pretty well. I told her I wanted to compare rates to the same coverages I had but was very much interested in their service. She was a good example to what I wanted in my insurance agency when comes to service. Their prices weren't that much different, slightly lower with their discounts. I was sold on her efforts and prompt answers to my questions. I am strongly considering giving State Farm my home owners and motorcycle to them."
